Italy means family, mouth-watering recipes and a crowded kitchen to cook and share the best time together!

Every month you will access our seasonal Pasta class! May is the month of blooming and new beginnings so let's give it a boost and have fun together!Are you ready for this month traditions? For our weekend classes we will make Casoncelli Ampezzani, typical ravioli of the Dolomites and one of the best-known dishes of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The word "casoncelli" derives from "homemade" and this recipe made with the few ingredients that were available at the time is in fact widespread in various variations from Lombardy to Veneto. In Cortina, among the mountains, they are made with fresh, very thin egg pasta and are filled with red beetroot, served with melted butter, parmesan and poppy seeds. And for our special this month, we will prepare together the delicious Soft tart with ricotta cream and strawberries, a delicious and spectacular dessert, ideal for the spring season. A soft and light base, cooked in the special tart mold with the typical groove, welcomes a delicate ricotta cream and fresh strawberries which give a spectacular touch to the dessert. Perfect for any occasion, from a snack to a birthday party, it is a very simple dessert to prepare that will be a great success among adults and children.
