      In this 1.5-hour experience, you’ll join us in the small town of Palombara Sabina. Nonna will invite you into her home, and we’ll share family traditions, stories, and create a delicious meal together using a recipe passed down through generations. See below for our favorite wine pairing suggestion, should you be so inclined! Every class provides a meal to a child in need. One Class, One Meal.

      Ingredients for 2 people

      200g semolina ( or all purpose flour )

      1 medium Roman Broccoli

      150g grated Parmesan Cheese

      200g mozzarella

      1 garlic

      Salt

      Fine Salt 

      extra virgin olive oil

       

      Bechamel

      500g milk 

      50g butter

      50g flour 00

       

      Tools

      Large bowl

      Chopping board

      Knife 

      Immersive blender

      Baking tray

      Oven

      Whip

      Saucepan

      Pre-Class Prep

      Boil the water, salt it with a spoonful of coarse salt, in a medium pot. Wash and cut the broccoli and as soon as the water boils, cook them leaving them crispy.
