      Class Description and Details

      In this 1.5-hour experience, you’ll join us in the small town of Palombara Sabina. Nonna will invite you into her home, and we’ll share family traditions, stories, and create a delicious meal together using a recipe passed down through generations. See below for our favorite wine pairing suggestion, should you be so inclined! Every class provides a meal to a child in need. One Class, One Meal.

      Ingredients and Utensils

      Ingredients List (for 2 people):

      • 200g semolina flour 
      • warm water to taste
      • 200g pistachios
      • 1/2 garlic clove
      • 4 tablespoons Parmigiano
      • 2 tablespoons pecorino cheese (optional)
      • Nonna's Gold olive oil to taste

      Utensils List:

      • 1 counter board
      • 1 mortar and pestle (optional)
      • 1 blender
      • 1 fork
      • 1 serving plate
      • 1 tablespoon
      • 1 small bowl
      • 1 large pot
      • 1 gnocchi striper, or a flat grater

      Pre-Class Prep

      Grate the Parmigiano and the Pecorino
