Class Description and Details
In this 1.5-hour experience, you’ll join us in the small town of Palombara Sabina. Nonna will invite you into her home, and we’ll share family traditions, stories, and create a delicious meal together using a recipe passed down through generations. See below for our favorite wine pairing suggestion, should you be so inclined! Every class provides a meal to a child in need. One Class, One Meal.
Ingredients and Utensils

Dough:
190 g of Petra Flour 7250
15 g Lard
A pinch of fine salt
A pinch of cocoa powder
40 ml Marsala
15g Sugar
1 Egg
Filling:
140 gr of Ricotta cheese
25 gr of Sugar
Chocolate drops
Decorations:
Candied cherry
Ground pistachios
Powdered sugar
Chocolate chips
For frying:
Sunflower oil to fry

Pasta machine
1 small Rolling pin
2 Medium bowls (1 for the dough and 1 for the filling)
Paper towels
