In this class, we will teach you how to create one of the most famous Italian desserts — tiramisu. Together we'll create each layer of this beautiful dish, combining the flavors of bold espresso with creamy mascarpone, and then we'll enjoy it together to celebrate our hard work.

Class Description and Details

In this 1-hour experience, you’ll join us in our home of Palombara Sabina — a small town outside of Rome. We’ll share family traditions, stories, and create a delicious Italian dessert together.

Every class provides a meal to a child in need. One Class, One Meal.

Ingredients and Utensils

Ingredients (2 People):

  • 2 eggs (organic preferred)
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • Coffee made in a moka or 6 shots of espresso (chill before class)
  • 24 savoiardi or ladyfingers
  • 1 small dark chocolate bar or cocoa powder, about 5oz/150g - 56% dark chocolate is preferred
  • 1 ½ cups/250 grams of mascarpone

Utensils:

  • 2 medium glass or stainless steel bowls — chilled ahead of class
  • Electric mixer and beaters
  • Rubber spatula
  • Small grater (for chocolate) or mini-strainer (for cocoa powder)
  • Mini cups or ramekins to serve the Tiramisu

Pre-Class Prep

Chill the coffee, 2 bowls, and the electric mixer beaters in the fridge before class starts.

    3. On the day of your class you'll receive a calendar invitation in your email with a Zoom link, about 50 minutes before the class starts.
