Virtual Cooking Experience with Nonna’s 5 Star Chef
Hi, I am David D'Antonio from Rome, a father and professional executive chef who has dedicated most of his life to food! In this 2 hour live cooking experience, you will learn how turn my Grandma's traditional recipe into a Five Star Michelin plate!
My Roman Grandma was the first to teach me how to cook. This passion was so strong inside me that I decided to dedicate my career to this. I cooked in three different countries in several Michelin star restaurants and now I want to share with you some of the secrets I've learned over the years!
Recipe schedule is as follows:
MONDAY - CAPPELLACCI FILL WITH MINT AND RICOTTA CHEESE, RASPBERRY-TOMATOES-VANILLA BROTH
TUESDAY - BEEF RAVIOLI’S, CARAMELIZED PEANUTS, ORANGE, LIME, THYME AND CARDAMOM SAUCE
WEDNESDAY - WHOLE GRAIN TAGLIATELLE, SEA BREAM, CORIANDER, MANGO, RED SWEET PEPPER AND MINT OIL
THURSDAY - BLACK INK SQUID CANNELLONI’S, GINGER LIGHT BECHAMEL, CRISPY PASTA
FRIDAY - EGGPLANT DUMPLING, SWEET RED ONION, WATERMELON CUBES AND CHERRY TOMATOES COULIS
SATURDAY - DARK AND WHITE CHOCOLATE LASAGNA, AND RASPBERRY SAUCE
All classes will take place Monday-Saturday at 1am PST AND 3pm PST (10am & 12am Italian Time)
