On the Menu: Tagliolini Cacio e Pepe

Tagliolini Cacio e Pepe is an ancient recipe, first made by the shepherds around Rome. Legend says they had to stay far away from home for a long time, and the only thing they could bring with them avoid rot was the Pecorino Cheese and Black pepper. It is a simple and completely delicious pasta, savory and simple to make.
