Class Description and Details
In this 1.5-hour experience, you’ll join us in the small town of Palombara Sabina. Nonna will invite you into her home, and we’ll share family traditions, stories, and create a delicious meal together using a recipe passed down through generations. See below for our favorite wine pairing suggestion, should you be so inclined! Every class provides a meal to a child in need. One Class, One Meal.
Ingredients and Utensils
Ingredients Tarte Tatin: Caramel and apple topping
50 g sugar
52 g butter
1/2 glass of water
1/2 apple Golden or Reine des Reinettes
For the shortcrust pastry
60 g flour
25 g butter
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp milk
Ingredients for Madeleines
65 g flour
1 egg
30 g sugar
1 spoon honey about 7 g
30 g melted butter
4 g baking powder
1 pinch salt
lemon zest
orange zest
half spoon vanilla
