Class Description and Details for Creamy Cannelloni
In this 2-hour experience, you’ll join Nonna Nerina and her granddaughter Chiara in their home of Palombara Sabina — a small town outside of Rome. We’ll share family traditions, stories, and create a delicious meal together using recipes passed down through generations. And we will send you some of our favorite wine pairing suggestions should you be so inclined!
In this class, Nonna and Chiara will teach you how to make classic Italian cannelloni stuffed with rich cheese. We'll learn how to make the pasta and traditional filling, and once we've finished cooking we'll enjoy a delicious meal together to celebrate our hard work!
