Ingredients (2 People):
- 1 cup / 200 gr of "00" grade flour, or regular flour
- 2 eggs (organic preferred)
- 1 cup or 200g of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of peeled, salted pistachios
- 4 tbsp grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- Coarse salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper
- 1 large wooden cutting board (or a clean countertop or table)
- 1 large cutting knife or a bread knife with a smooth edge
- 1 fork
- 1 large pot
- 1 wood rolling pin or pasta machine
- 1 medium bowl
- 1 strainer
- 1 small food processor
- 1 medium glass or a round stamp
