Italy means family, mouth-watering recipes and a crowded kitchen to cook and share the best time together!

Every month you will access our seasonal Pasta class! Now Spring is finally here! Let's start this new beginning with energy and happiness!Are you ready for this month traditions? For our weekend classes we will make Spizzulus with asparagus and pistachio cream a typical pasta from Sardinia, which in dialect should mean "pinch" or the gesture you make to join the two ends of the striped string that form this typical shape of pasta. And to have spring on the plate we will season them with asparagus, lemon and pistachios!!!! And for our special this month, we will prepare together the delicious Spoon cake with red fruits in little glasses. It is a multi-layered bowl, a tasty journey from a crumble to a berry coulis via a yogurt and honey mousse: impossible to resist!!! Join us on April 21st!
