Ingredients (2 People):
- 1 ½ cups or 250g of semolina flour
- 2 eggs (organic preferred)
- 1 lemon (organic preferred)
- 4 tbsp of Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 cup of cream
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves
- Coarse salt
- Fine salt
- Black pepper
- 1 large wooden cutting board (or a clean countertop or table)
- 1 small cutting board
- 1 large cutting knife or a bread knife with a smooth edge
- 1 fork
- 1 large pot
- 1 medium pot
- 1 strainer
- 2 large bowls
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 pasta machine (optional)
