How Does it Work?
1. Upon checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation of your purchase and a prompt to create a login to our class platform called Teachable. You can access our class on teachable by clicking here. You'll also be sent a list of ingredients and utensils you will need to have for class.
2. You will have 30 days from your time of purchase to log in to the Teachable website and take the course. You may take the course as many times as you'd like, and go back and review any sections.
3. Enjoy your pasta-making experience on-demand, any time that works for you!
Ingredients and Utensils
- 1 cup/200 grams of “00”-grade flour or all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs (organic preferred)
- 200g ricotta cheese
- 50g pecorino or parmesan cheese
- 4 yolks
- pepper
- salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 2 sage leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 spoons of parmesan
- 1 large wooden cutting board (or a clean countertop or table)
- 1 rolling pin or pasta maker
- 1 pasta wheel
- 1 fork
- 1 large pot
- 1 saucepan
- 1 smooth blade knife
- 1 15cm diameter mold or a bowl with same diameter
- 1 skimmer
