3. Enjoy your pasta-making experience on-demand, any time that works for you!

200 g Petra 7220 flour
175 g cooked beets
2 eggs
75 g very dry ricotta
30 g aged Parmesan cheese
30 g butter
Half a tablespoon of poppy seeds
Extra virgin olive oil
Pepper
Nutmeg
Salt

Utensils:

A large wooden cutting board (even a table!): a work surface will do if that’s all you have
Wooden rolling pin
Large knife with a flat blade: a large chef’s knife or a bread knife without a serrated edge
