How Does it Work?
1. Upon checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation of your purchase and a prompt to create a login to our class platform called Teachable. You can access our class on teachable by clicking here. You'll also be sent a list of ingredients and utensils you will need to have for class.
2. You will have 30 days from your time of purchase to log in to the Teachable website and take the course. You may take the course as many times as you'd like, and go back and review any sections.
3. Enjoy your experience on-demand, any time that works for you!
Ingredients and Utensils
160 g (80%) Petra 0102HP flour
40 g (20%) Petra 8610 flour
130–140 ml water (65–70% hydration, typical for Apulian focaccia)
7 g fresh brewer’s yeast for a quick rise (about 2 hours)
1 tablespoon salt
A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 teaspoon sugar
White onions: 200–250 g, thinly sliced and stewed in a pan with oil and salt
Cherry or datterini tomatoes: 150 g, halved and gently pressed onto the surface with your fingers
Baresane black olives (optional)
1 teaspoon salted capers (optional)
1 anchovy (optional)
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
