  • 1 egg
  •  Thin and coarse alt
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 100g fresh sheep ricotta x
  • 80 g parmigiano x
  • 10/15 walnut x
    1 pumpkin slice
  • pepper to taste x

  • Large wood cutting board (even a table!) -- countertop is fine if that's all you have
  • Big Knife with a flat blade 
  •  Fork
  • 1 big pot
  • 1 big bowl
  • 1 small pan
  •  Strainer
  •  Wooden spoon
