How Does it Work?
1. Upon checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation of your purchase and a prompt to create a login to our class platform called Teachable. You can access our class on teachable by clicking here. You'll also be sent a list of ingredients and utensils you will need to have for class.
2. You will have 30 days from your time of purchase to log in to the Teachable website and take the course. You may take the course as many times as you'd like, and go back and review any sections.
3. Enjoy your experience on-demand, any time that works for you!
Ingredients
For the macaron shells
- 45 g almond flour
- 45 g icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- 13 g egg white
Italian meringue
- 56 g granulated sugar
- 28 g water
- 22 g egg white
Makes about 10 macarons
1) Salted Butter Caramel Ganache
- 40 g sugar
- 15 g butter
- 35 g heavy cream
(Prepare the day before.)
2) Vanilla Mascarpone Cream
- 50 g fresh/heavy cream
- 25 g mascarpone
- 10 g sugar
- Vanilla
(Prepare just before serving/use.)
3) Chocolate Mascarpone Cream
- 50 g fresh/heavy cream
- 25 g mascarpone
- 20 g sugar
- 20 g chocolate
Butter spray (for greasing, if needed)
