  • 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil

  • 100 ml of sweet orange juice

  • 1 small glass of Vermouth  
  • Cinnamon  
  • Zest of one orange  
  • 1 packet of baking powder  
  • A pinch of salt

For the filling

  • 250 g of honey  
  • 200 g of walnut kernels  
  • 200 g of raisins  
  • 60 g of pine nuts  
  • A pinch of ground cloves  
  • A pinch of cinnamon  
  • Zest of one orange  
  • Zest of one lemon
