Ingredients for 2 people:

1 cup / 200 gr of 7220 Petra flour
2 Eggs 
1 cup of Ricotta cheese
2.5 cups of Spinach
Parmigiano cheese
Nutmeg
2 tbsp of Butter
Fresh sage
Extra-virgin olive oilSalt

Utensils:
Large wood cutting board
Wood Rolling pin
Pasta rolling machine 
Big Knife with a flat blade 
Fork
Ravioli cutter
1 big pot
1 medium pot
Strainer
Wooden spoon
Cutting board

Pre-Class Prep

Boil your spinach in boiling water till they are cooked and let them cool down. Drain them perfectly.
