How Does it Work?

1. Upon checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation of your purchase and a prompt to create a login to our class platform called Teachable.  You can access our class on teachable by clicking here. You'll also be sent a list of ingredients and utensils you will need to have for class.

2. You will have 30 days from your time of purchase to log in to the Teachable website and take the course. You may take the course as many times as you'd like, and go back and review any sections.

3. Enjoy your pasta-making experience on-demand, any time that works for you!

Ingredients and Utensils

Ingredients (2 people): 
  •  1 cup / 200 gr of semola flour Petra 8610
  • · 1 cup of water
  • · 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • · 25 g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • · 25 g of natural pistachios already shelled
  • · the zest of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • · 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • · 3 cl of extra virgin olive oil
  • · 1/4 clove of garlic (optional)
  • · salt
  • · pepper

Tools

  • Large wood cutting board (even a table!) -- countertop is fine if that's all you have
  • Wood Rolling pin
  • Big Knife with a flat blade -- a large cutting knife or a bread knife without  serrated edge
  • Fork
  • 1 big pot
  • 1 pan
  • Strainer
  • wooden spoon 
  • Mixer or food processor
  • Ridged gnocchi board
