4 medium potatoes

1 egg

400 g Petra flour for fresh pasta

grated Parmigiano cheese to taste

thin salt

coarse salt

extra virgin olive oil

 

FOR THE filling

50 g diced smoked scamorza 

For the sauce 

50 g pumpkin 

200 ml cream 

50 g bacon



Utensils:

cutting board grande

1 big bowl

fork

knife

large pan

large pot

tray

minipimer or food processor


Prep before class:

Boil the potatoes till they are perfectly cooked
