Pizza is a great classic of Italian cuisine and in particular of the gastronomic tradition of Campania and Naples. Once considered a poor single dish and, in some versions, even consumed as street food, today this dish has increasingly turned into a gourmet recipe worthy of the best restaurants. These are refined versions made with fine ingredients, usually chosen according to seasonality and creatively combined on a classic pizza dough. We propose our version with a typically autumnal color and taste: pumpkin, taleggio cheese and speck.

- 0.5 g brewer's yeast
- 5 g salt
- 7.5 g oil
- 1 mozzarella (cut and left to drain)
- 1 slice pumpkin (cut into coarse chunks)
- 100 g Taleggio cheese
- 8 slices of speck
- Rosemary
- Pepper
- Cutting board
