The cocoa and pear plumcake is an easy-to-prepare dessert that combines, in an original way, the 2 most loved ingredients in pastry. It is, in fact, a classic cocoa cake in which we add pears, previously cooked in a spiced wine syrup.
The praline hazelnuts are the classic hazelnuts covered with caramelized sugar, inevitable protagonists of any village party, with their irresistible profuse.
How Does it Work?
1. Upon checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation of your purchase and a prompt to create a login to our class platform called Teachable. You can access our class on teachable by clicking here. You'll also be sent a list of ingredients and utensils you will need to have for class.
2. You will have 30 days from your time of purchase to log in to the Teachable website and take the course. You may take the course as many times as you'd like, and go back and review any sections.
3. Enjoy your pasta-making experience on-demand, any time that works for you!

270 g of 00 flour Petra
220 g of granulated sugar
190 ml of whole milk
190 g of butter
70 g of bitter cocoa powder
cinnamon powder
3 eggs
½ yeast sachet for sweets
1 pinch of salt
icing sugar
For the sweet wine peers
3 Abate pears of the same size
500 ml of red wine
1 cinnamon stick
the zest of 1 lemon
100 g of granulated sugar
4-5 cloves
For the hazelnuts:
300 g Shelled hazelnuts
300 g sugar
300 ml of water
