Every class provides a meal to a child in need. One Class, One Meal.

Welcome to Italy!
In this 2-hour experience, you’ll join us in our home of Palombara Sabina — a small town outside of Rome. We’ll share family traditions, stories, and create a delicious meal together using recipes passed down through generations. We will teach you how to make this amazing vegetarian dish. Together we'll make the fresh pasta and sauce for this succulent pumpkin dish.

On the Menu: Pumpkin Gnocchi with Parmigiano sauce
Fall harvest flavors are combined with classic, rich gnocchi for a one-of-a-kind pasta dish topped off with robust parmigiano ! Together we’ll learn to make the pillowy pasta and the delicious sauce for a meal you’ll want to make again and again.
