These are two great recipes to start and finish your Christmas Eve!
"Frittelli" are an excellent aperitif to start your Christmas Eve dinner. The tempura gives a crunch to the softly salt-water cooked broccoli - an explosion of taste!
"Torrone" is a traditional Italian Christmas dessert; at the end of every dinner during the Christmas holidays you will find it on Italian tables. Three simple ingredients: chocolate, hazelnuts and chocolate cream to make a delicious dessert as a lovely finish to your dinner.
