Linguine ai frutti di mare (literally translated in the fruits/ gems of the sea) are usually eaten on summer days in the Lazio coast, near Rome. They are usually made for celebrations or festivities. Their fragrance will bring you to a sunny beach. You’ll taste the sea thanks to shellfish and crustaceans, while the tomatoes are like cherries on a cake: just perfect!
